Our Top Three Questions
The answers to these three questions are just about the same!
1. Why are the condos so cheap?
The property management company look after a lot of condos for their owners. (The condos are all owned by families who rent them out when they are not using them)
We operate inventory management. This means that we take reservations up to the number of units that we have but an exact address is not assigned right away. An address will be allocated a few days prior to arrival. This means that we can maximize occupancy of the condos without lots of little gaps in between when they are left empty. This alone is the reason we can offer such great rates.
Are we the only company to allocate like this? Oh No! Lots of bigger companies and tour operators do this, the difference is they keep the savings for themselves by running larger profits - we pass the savings right on to you.
If you shop around you will find condos at Windsor Palms and Emerald Isles at much higher rates from owners and companies. Our condos are EXACTLY the same as these expensive one - the only difference is the price.
2. Can I choose the resort?
No, we cannot offer a choice of resort.
One of the reason that we are able to offer these 5 star resorts at such LOW prices is because we keep our allocations flexible. We have much more availability at Windsor Palms - almost all our customers will be allocated there but we do reserve the right to use either of the resorts for your reservation.
We know that the resorts are so similar that you will be happy whichever one we give you.
3. Can I see pictures of the exact condo that we will get?
No - sorry to be so blunt!
The way that we allocate our condos (at the last minute) does not allow us to communicate with you about the exact unit that you will get. The condos are very similar in layout - and certainly the same in quality. The only differences will be in decor.
All our owners are
required to maintain a very high standard so we can be confident that ANY one of the units will offer a great place to stay.
